How does your client’s personality impact saving, spending, and investing decisions? In this session, you’ll get an overview of what makes each client unique in terms of personality, attitudes, beliefs, and values. You’ll learn the difference between stable client characteristics (like agreeableness and extraversion) and temporary ones (like feelings and moods). You will leave the session with an understanding of how to measure different types of characteristics using observations, interviews, and tests.
